Buffalo Linkstation Pro Live Home and
Pro Duo RAID Data Recovery Repair

Buffalo LinkStation's provides file storage
and sharing via an Ethernet network connection
Gigabit LAN interface. The Linkstation can
have RAID modes RAID0 and RAID1 and storage
provided via a SATA Hard Drive. It supports
Microsoft Active Directory and a USB port
allows for connecting additional external
hard disk. The device can be configured
from a web configuration management console.
We can recover data from Linkstations when
the SHARE folder is no longer visible or
lost. In some cases they have a burning
smell / smoke/ burnt pcb. After powering
the device back up, it sounds an audible
alarm, beeping beep sound, and the red LED
light blinking / flashing indicates a disk
failure Error. Disk error are also shown
on the web based configuration control panel
screens. We Recover from following disk
error LED Flash codes.
3 flashes - Partition problem Reformat the
hard drive.
4 flashes - Fan problem.
5 flashes - ROM problem.
6 flashes - Hard Drive can not be recognized.
7 flashes - Problem with motherboard (RAM,
LAN, or Hard Drive controller)

ALLNET ALL-6400 RAID 5 lost raid data recovery - Cancer Research, Liverpool 18/05/2010, FBar.
ALLNET ALL-6400 RAID 5 with x 400 GB Seagate Barracuda 7200.8 drives (Rebadged Thecus 4100). Fan failed causing it to overheat which triggered raid failure. Replaced fan unit okay. Raid 5 needs recovering as it was not showing although we can log in. Thanks for all your help with this (recovery). All the best
iSCSI Terastation Data Recovery of VMFS - Equinox Technologies 10/03/2010, CEngland.
iSCSI Buffalo Terastation Rack Mounted TS-RI4.0TGL/RR-EU serial 4584308490031. RAID 5 2x LUN's with NTFS and VMFS partitions. Drive 3 had an error, the unit tried to rebuild but got in a loop of rebuild. Buffalo support said take the drive out, format it and put it back in to see if it would rebuild. Unfortunatly it then thought the drive was ok but showed an error on the Raid and wouldn’t offer a rebuild option.Just to say a big THANK YOU for all your help in getting the data back for me. I have (just!) now got all the VM’s transferred back over and up and running.
Failed hard drives in Raid 5 on Iomega Nas P435m - London. EC1M 28/12/2009, CLewis.
Iomega Nas P435m 320GB Network Storage that freezes when booting up.we removed the 4 raid 5 drives and fitted them into a pc to see the raid status and the drives all say failed. Raid 5 consisted of 4 x 80gb Hitachi hdd. Thanks for having recovered my files.
